Return & Refund Policy

At Au Aurém, we hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Items returned without first contacting us to arrange the return may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products showing signs of wear or use
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Items must still meet the return eligibility criteria outlined above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
