Returns
We hope you love your purchase from Au Aurém. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please include your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that show signs of wear or damage
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will work quickly to resolve the matter through a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
